Wind Hill Farm is a one-of-a-kind equestrian estate offering a truly unforgettable retreat. This expansive 6,000-square-foot home features four bedrooms, a loft, and generous shared living spaces that comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests—so everyone has room to relax and unwind.

Designed as a home within a home, the estate blends a beautifully preserved original log cabin with a thoughtfully built addition wrapped around it, creating warmth, character, and plenty of space. Amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, billiards room, and a chef-ready kitchen perfect for gathering and entertaining.

Set on 78 acres, Wind Hill Farm is an active equestrian facility where guests can take riding lessons right on the property. Ideally located near apple orchards, the New Hampshire Motor Speedway, the Lakes Region, Gunstock Mountain, and the New Hampshire State Capital in Concord, the estate offers the perfect balance of privacy, recreation, and nearby attractions.

While the Airbnb and barns are in close proximity, the Airbnb is separate from our boarding/equine facility. If staffing schedules allow, we may be able to accommodate equine experiences for guests, if booked ahead of time.
