Boarding
All board tiers include 24/7 herd turnout with shelter, first cut hay in nets, Triple Crown feed products, individual tack space, and full use of facilities.

Pricing
Full: $800 / month
- No lesson / training requirement
- Horse not participating in lesson program
- All horses are considered full boarders during off season Dec 1-March 31.
Active in Program: $700 / month *April 1- Nov 30*
- Monthy pre-paid lesson and / or training package
- Enrollment requires a minimum of one lesson / training session per week, no maximum.
- A cancelled lesson that is unable to be rescheduled within the week will be exchanged for a one time training session.
- Active in program board does not apply during off season (Dec 1-March 31) lessons and training sessions during off season can still be paid per event.
Lesson Horse Program: $600 / month *April 1- Nov 30*
- Agreed upon work schedule, three lessons per week on average with at least one afterschool (3-7 p.m.) afternoon per week.
- Use of horse in extra / additional programming with advance notice to owner.
- Tune up session up to 2x per month as needed for continued success in lesson program, at no cost to owner.
- Lesson horse program board does not apply during off season (Dec 1-March 31). Horses will not be used for lessons during the off season except with permission from owner. Owners will be compensated for use of horse during off season in the form of board credit per use.
