Meet Our Team

Jennifer

Owner

Meet Jennifer

Jenn’s love of horses started, like many, as a young girl collecting Breyer horses,
watching the Kentucky Derby and dreaming of owning a horse someday. She sold girl scout cookies to get to horse camp and took lessons here and there, however, it was not in the cards
for her growing up. Despite her love for horses, life went on and she found other
passions and areas of focus. She pursued a career as an Occupational Therapist, then moved into corporate America and started a family. At 40 years old, with a daughter who was now riding regularly, she rewrote their story. They were no longer “too poor” to own a horse and with the help of family and creativity Jenn purchased her 1 st horse, Annie. For years, she was primarily the groom and ATM but occasionally would find time for a
lesson of her own.

Fast forward 5 years, after a huge life change, she found herself rewriting her story again. This time purchasing an equestrian property to ensure that their 2 horses, who were both lame at the time, would always have a home to “just be a horse.” Jenn’s knowledge of mammalian biology, rehabilitation and business coupled with a deep work ethic and a community of support gave her the courage to open Wind Hill Farm. A place
intentionally built with a collaborative team model, each team member possesses unique, diverse skills and knowledge that complement one another.

Jenn wants her story to inspire others to never give up on their dreams of owning a horse, learning a new set of skills, or taking a calculated risk.

Wind Hill Farm is a place where horses get to be horses, humans get to come as they
are, and there is a much-appreciated therapeutic synergy. A place where we
intentionally work to create a safe and peaceful retreat to learn, have fun and build community.

Keaghan

Barn Manager and Lead Trainer/Instructor

Meet Keaghan
Keaghan is the barn manager and lead trainer/instructor at Wind Hill Farm. A lifelong horsewoman, Keaghan has been heading our youth programming since 2022 and transitioned into her current leadership role in 2024.

Keaghan grew up in the eventing and dressage world, competing at the national level as a teenager on self-produced horses and serving as a demo rider for Jane Savoie. While she has recently expanded her expertise into the western horse world and western dressage, she remains passionate about working with a variety of breeds, from Quarter Horses to OTTBs and Warmbloods. She strongly believes in the benefits of foundational groundwork and cross-training for all disciplines.

Keaghan manages a comprehensive lesson program from April through December and accepts a limited number of horses for training. She is dedicated to helping riders of all ages build confidence and communicate fairly with their horses to ensure a successful long-term partnership.

She looks forward to meeting you at our upcoming clinics, shows, and camps this year.
Jordan

Farm Consultant / Website Manager

Meet Jordan

Jordan’s passion for animals began at a young age, with livestock experience extending across the dairy, beef, and equine industries. After exploring disciplines such as trail, western pleasure, and endurance, she discovered a true passion for barrel racing upon purchasing her mare, Six. The pair competed with the National Barrel Horse Association for numerous years until Six’s retirement in 2024.

Following her college graduation in 2022, Jordan traveled to Africa to train horses and work on a farm. This experience deepened her commitment to groundwork and building strong partnerships with horses from the ground up.

Jordan has been an integral part of the Wind Hill Farm team since its inception. After working part-time during college, she moved onto the property as the Property Manager in 2023. While she will be moved off-farm in May 2026, she remains a dedicated member of the team, managing the website, assisting with riding, and handling various other administrative tasks.

Though Jordan works full-time as a purchaser for a plant nursery, she can still be found at the farm during most of her spare time.

Jolene has been around horses her entire life, having grown up riding and training reining horses. Today, she continues to spend as much time as possible in the saddle, enjoying trail riding and competing in ranch riding with her mare, Habanero, and her young filly, Dior.
In addition to her equine experience, Jolene has a deep appreciation for land management. She takes great pride in landscaping and property care, with a talent for creating beautiful and welcoming outdoor spaces.

In her role as Property Manager, Jolene combines her lifelong connection to horses with her passion for nature. We are excited to have her help make the farm a place where both horses and people feel at home.
